- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch business and profitability.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets for chit subscriptions and revenue.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage branch staff and field executives.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate with collections, accounts, and customer support teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor competitors and recommend strategies to improve market presence
