Role Description The Assistant Professor – Electronics and Communications (Ranchi) will contribute to high-quality teaching, research, and academic leadership within the Electronics and Communications discipline. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, involving the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate courses through lectures, labs, tutorials, and project guidance. The role includes designing and updating course content, supervising student projects and dissertations, and evaluating student performance. The faculty member will be expected to conduct independent and collaborative research, publish in reputable journals and conferences, and participate in curriculum development and departmental initiatives. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, engaging in academic advising, contributing to accreditation and quality assurance processes, and supporting outreach and industry collaboration activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong University Teaching experience, with the ability to deliver engaging lectures, labs, and tutorials in Electronics and Communications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development to design, review,



and enhance course content aligned with industry standards and academic best practices.
- Candidates should possess Research skills, including the ability to undertake independent and collaborative research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in conferences.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Strategic Communications skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders, and represent the department in academic and professional forums.
- PhD ( ECE) , M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics and Communications or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Evidence of published research, patents, or funded projects in relevant areas of Electronics and Communications.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods, educational technologies, and outcome-based education frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary academic workplace and contribute to departmental and university initiatives.

Pay: From ₹57,700.00 per month
