Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail garment stores, introducing company products, identifying new retail partners, and building solid business relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with clients, willingness to travel, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail garment stores in the assigned territory on a daily basis.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners.
- Present company products and explain the latest collections.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing retailers for repeat business.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the office and logistics team for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain daily visit reports using the company mobile application.
- Attend weekly review meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, Textile, or Garment industry is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area and visit retail stores regularly.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude, self-confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team.
