Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

10+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, and Quote-to-Cash system analysis and implementation.
8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce CRM and Apttus CPQ solutions for Sales organizations.
Strong expertise in Apttus CPQ, including Product Modeling, Pricing, Quotation, Approvals, Contract Lifecycle Management,



and Quote-to-Cash processes.
Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, and Field Configurations.
Familiarity with Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, documentation, and conducting business workshops independently.
Knowledge of SAP integrations, data migration, approval workflows, X-Author applications, financial reporting, and Quote-to-Order processes.
Robust communication skills, Agile/Scrum experience, and Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) preferred.
