We are seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships for our flooring business. The role involves managing client accounts, generating recent business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of flooring projects from inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Interior designers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions (Carpets, wood, vinyl, etc.)
- Coordinate with procurement, installation, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
