We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for IT services and digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate business agreements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client requirements.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at business events, networking meetings, and exhibitions.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in B2B Sales and Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Knowledge of IT Services, Software Development, Digital Marketing, or Technology Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
