We are looking for an experienced engineer to build a complete AI Voice Calling Platform similar to Kesy.ai, customized for B2B trade and enterprise automation.
Job Summary
You will lead the design and development of an enterprise-grade AI Voice Agent platform capable of handling inbound and outbound calls, natural conversations, appointment scheduling, CRM integration, multilingual support, knowledge-based responses, and real-time analytics.
This role requires expertise in AI, voice technologies, backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern web development.
Key Responsibilities
AI Voice Platform Development
- Build a complete AI calling platform similar to Kesy.ai.
- Develop AI-powered inbound and outbound voice agents.
- Enable real-time human-like conversations with low latency.
- Support call transfer to human agents.
- Implement voicemail detection and handling.
- Handle interruptions (barge-in) during conversations.
- Support DTMF and IVR interactions.
- Design conversation flows with dynamic decision-making.
AI & Large Language Models
- Integrate OpenAI GPT models, Google Gemini, or Claude.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Create knowledge base ingestion from:
o Websites
o PDFs
o Word documents
o FAQs
o Internal documentation
- Build prompt engineering and system prompts.
- Implement memory management for conversations.
- Develop AI workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
Voice AI
- Integrate Speech-to-Text services such as Deepgram or Whisper.
- Integrate Text-to-Speech providers like ElevenLabs or Cartesia.
- Optimize voice quality and latency.
- Support multilingual conversations.
- Support voice selection and custom voices.
- Implement streaming audio pipelines.
Telephony Integration
- Integrate with:
o Twilio
o Exotel
o Plivo
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Configure SIP/WebRTC if required.
- Build call recording and playback.
- Generate call summaries automatically.
- Implement call disposition and tagging.
Backend Development
- Design scalable REST APIs.
