We are looking for an Educational counsellor and admission counsellor for our company. As an Educational and Admission Counsellor you'll be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Educational qualification: Graduation / HSC
Work Experience: 6 month to 4 years
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Admissions Counsellor
- Student Counseling & Guidance
- Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Understand student interests, academic background, and career goals to suggest suitable programs.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, or online).
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up promptly on inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, or walk-ins.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM or Excel) regularly.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
- Admission Process Coordination
- Assist students with the complete admission process — from application submission to fee payment and enrollment.
- Ensure timely collection of required documents and verification of eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with the academic and finance teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions status.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and enrollment data.
- Provide insights and feedback to management for improving recruitment strategies.
