What You'll Do Sales

- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, quality,



and production teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Sourcing & Procurement

- Identify and develop new suppliers worldwide.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Source pharmaceutical ingredients, food ingredients, excipients, APIs, and specialty chemicals.
- Request and review product documentation including COAs, TDS, SDS, and regulatory certifications.
- Coordinate product sampling, supplier qualification, and vendor approvals.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.

We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, Business Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building new customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
