Telecaller / Customer Support Executive – Solar

Swastik Enterprises is hiring a confident and responsible Telecaller / Customer Support Executive for its solar business.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Call new and existing customers regarding residential solar installations.
- Explain PM Surya Ghar Yojana, solar subsidy, loan options and installation process.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into appointments or site visits.
- Collect basic customer details and information about electricity bills.
- Follow up for pending documents, payments and application updates.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead status and customer follow-up reports.
- Respond professionally to customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the solar file, sales and installation teams.
- Inform customers about UHBVN,



net-metering and subsidy processes when required.
- Maintain polite and skilled communication with every customer.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales or customer support is preferred.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and data-entry knowledge is required.
- Solar industry or PM Surya Ghar Yojana knowledge will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be confident, polite, punctual and target-oriented.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Male and female candidates can apply.

Salary:

₹12,000–₹18,000 per month. Final salary will depend on the candidate’s communication skills, work experience, knowledge and performance.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
