Job Title: Service Advisor - Car dealership
Location: Chennai - Guindy
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
- Create job cards and clearly explain service processes, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and additional work
- Ensure accurate billing and explain invoices to customers
- Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or authorized service center
- Good Customer handling skill
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
