Job Title: GeM Executive (Catalogue & Tender Management)

Job Summary

KV Polytech Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of quality electrical wires and cables, is looking for a GeM Executive to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in catalogue management, product listing, bid participation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and maintain product catalogues on the GeM Portal.
- Update product specifications, pricing, images, and technical documents.
- Participate in GeM bids, reverse auctions (RA), and quotations.
- Manage OEM and seller profile details.
- Handle GeM orders from enquiry to dispatch coordination.
- Prepare and upload required compliance documents.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts teams.
- Monitor order status, payments, and buyer communications.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of GeM registrations.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports using MS Excel.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience handling the GeM Portal.




- Good knowledge of catalogue uploading and GeM procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in the electrical, cable, or industrial products sector will be preferred.
