As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures tailored to business requirements.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
