Roles & Responsibilities:

- A Center Head will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while maintaining the highest standards of early childhood education.




- She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of center management including admissions, staff supervision, teacher trainings, curriculum implementation, parent communication, and facility maintenance.
- Her leadership will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can thrive and grow.
- Must have strong leadership qualities to set- up and manage the pre-school business.

Desirable Skills:

- Any Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree will be preferred
- Excellent command over English
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Care will be an added advantage
- Preschool Franchising knowledge will be an added advantage too
