Role: IAM Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across various IAM platforms
- Implement identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning/de-provisioning, onboarding/ offboarding, role management, and access requests.
- Configure authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, REST APIs, and other standard protocols.
- Develop custom workflows, connectors, scripts, and policies using Java, JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Python, JSON, or similar technologies.
- Support CI/CD deployments, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to deliver secure IAM solutions
- Ensure compliance with identity governance, RBAC, least privilege, access certification,



and audit requirements

Required Skills & Technologies

- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Oracle IAM, or IBM Security Verify
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, Access Governance, Identity Federation, PAM, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, REST APIs, and authentication technologies
- Programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Python, JSON, or XML
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with experience working in Agile environments
