Job Description - Art Director

We are looking for a passionate and a creative enthusiast who loves to create and develop the advertising ideas and campaigns.

Job Description:
You, as an art director, responsible for creating and designing the advertisement ideas with artistic mind using Adobe Suite to further the brand by ensuring, the message is conveyed through engaging visuals within the constraints of cost and time.

These ideas can be executed in many formats from posters and print advertisements to TV commercials, Direct Marketing leaflets, mobile applications and websites, and point-of-sale.

- Understand the client, and their business’ objectives, mission, competition and customers to create engaging campaigns.
- Create and develop an advertisement, which is strategically sound and answers the brief.
- Actively participate in the group’s work throughout the process of creative development and artwork in the Studio.




- Ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency and customer experience is incorporated by following the brand style guidelines.
- Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high quality and high volume of designs are delivered in a timely manner.
- Supervise photography when relevant, or delegated by the Creative Director.
- Participate in the smooth running of the department by showing an ability to be a team player.
- Build and encourage a good working relationship with your teammates in the Studio and atwork place.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have a strong intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and handle large volumes of creative work.

- 5 years of proven work experience in an advertising agency.
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related creative studies.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
- Creative vision along with valuable communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
