Position: Legal Officer
Location: Amity University, Noida

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Law Graduate with a solid zeal to work, having 5–7 years of relevant experience, for the position of Legal Officer in the Legal Department, Office of the Registrar.

Key Responsibilities

Handling Writ Petitions, legal notices, complaints, and cases received from regulatory bodies, students, faculty, and staff.

Coordinating with concerned institutions/departments for case-related information.

Preparing case briefs for advocates and assisting them until case conclusion.

Representing the University in court as an Authorised Representative (AR), when required.

Drafting and vetting contracts, MoUs, and legal replies.

Managing other legal assignments as entrusted from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

Law Graduate
Experience: 5–7 years

Compensation: Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum
