We are looking for a responsible and experienced Retail Store Manager to manage overall store operations and sales activities. The candidate will be fully responsible for handling day-to-day shop activities and ensuring smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility for store management
- Handle retail sales and achieve sales targets
- Manage billing, stock, and inventory
- Supervise staff and customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and display
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/store handling
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/software)
- Ability to manage sales independently
