Zillion Threads is a growing textile and apparel company with brands including Mittoys, Magarasi, and Yarika. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business development Executives to help expand our retailer network across Tamil Nadu.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and communication-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, explaining product details, and converting enquiries into business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to represent the company effectively across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with leads through phone calls and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Communicate product details, pricing, collections, and company offerings effectively.
- Respond to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp Business, Email, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and client information.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely client support.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication and digital skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, inside sales, or the textile/apparel industry will be given preference.
- Prior experience in B2B communication will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong product understanding and ability to confidently explain products to clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong customer service skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
