Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers through the complete buying cycle and deliver exceptional service
- Drive store-level sales and achieve individual and team targets
- Support daily retail operations including cash handling, inventory management, reporting, and merchandising
- Ensure responsible opening and closing of the store
- Maintain high standards of in-store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
- Support the Store Manager and collaborate effectively with the team
- Manage store assets and equipment responsibly
- Share customer feedback and on-ground insights to improve store performance

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales
- Prior experience with an international fashion brand preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Comfortable using basic computer applications




- Positive understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Team player with good listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically
- Honest, mature, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree from any stream

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
