Job Title: Field Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

ICICI : SALES,Field , experience candidates need

Acquire new customers through field visits and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Promote and sell the company's financial/insurance products.

Meet monthly sales and business targets.

Generate leads through networking and local market activities.

Guide customers through the application and documentation process.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy/account processing.

Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

1–5 years of experience in field sales, banking, insurance, NBFC, or FMCG.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if required).

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
