Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) for the EdTech sector. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students/working professionals, generating sales, explaining courses/programs, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and counsel prospective students and leads regarding courses and programs.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable learning solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Convert leads into admissions/enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain follow-ups and build robust customer relationships.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities to students.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and admission processes.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/software.
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demonstrations when required.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Required Skills:

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales or counseling will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
