Job Summary

Aatmanirbhar Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales / Sales Support) to support our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, prepare quotations, manage sales documentation, follow up on inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads through telecalling, follow-up calls, and customer engagement.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Maintain customer records, sales documentation, and CRM/MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve queries, and provide after-sales support.
- Schedule meetings, maintain sales records, and support promotional and marketing activities.




- Perform administrative and back-office tasks related to sales operations.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate, BBA, BE/B.Tech, or Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales Administration.
- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
