Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Architecture to lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of architectural processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for architectural projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.




- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in project management within the architecture domain.
- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with architectural design software and tools.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant project management experience in the architecture sector.
