Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage front office operations and deliver an excellent customer experience by welcoming visitors, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth guest management.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers while creating a positive first impression.
- Manage visitor appointments, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Handle calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain records and ensure the Experience Centre is well-managed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve guest concerns promptly.

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Preferred Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations & Customer Service preferably in the real estate industry.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach and professional presentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
