KW Group is looking for an experienced **Legal Qualified** to join our Legal Department. If you have strong expertise in corporate legal matters, legal drafting, litigation, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you!
### **Key Responsibilities**
✔ Handle corporate legal matters including civil, criminal, consumer, property, and brand-related cases.
✔ Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents in Hindi & English.
✔ Lead and manage a team of legal professionals while providing strategic legal guidance to management.
✔ Coordinate with external counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
✔ Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation,
and safeguard the company's interests.
### **Eligibility**
✔ LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
✔ Registered with the Bar Council.
✔ Strong knowledge of Indian laws, legal drafting, and litigation.
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to independently manage legal matters.
