1. Machine Setup (Setter Role)

- Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the VMC machine
- Load CNC programs and make necessary offsets (tool & work offsets)
- Set cutting parameters (speed, feed, depth of cut)
- Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection

2. Machine Operation (Operator Role)

- Operate the VMC machine to produce parts
- Monitor machining process and make adjustments if needed
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Load/unload raw materials and finished parts

3. Quality Control

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge)
- Perform in-process inspection to maintain accuracy

4. Maintenance & Safety

- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify tool wear and replace tools when required
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
