Role Summary :

As a Tender Executive, you will support the end-to-end tendering process – from identifying opportunities on government and private e-procurement portals to compiling, formatting and submitting bid documents within deadlines. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build a career in the water treatment / EPC and infrastructure domain

Key Responsibilities

- Search, track and download tenders daily from GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, industry websites and client notifications.
- Read tender documents carefully and prepare a checklist of technical, commercial and eligibility requirements.
- Compile and organise bid documents – company profile, registrations, certificates, financial documents, EMD and technical write-ups.
- Prepare and format technical and financial bids in the prescribed formats (PDF, Excel, portal forms).
- Coordinate with sales, design, finance and procurement teams to collect inputs and pricing on time.
- Ensure timely online/offline submission of bids and follow up on EMD, bid processing fees and documentation.
- Maintain a tender tracker with due dates, submission status, results and reasons for win/loss.
- Assist in preparing pre-qualification (PQ) documents, corrigendum responses and clarification replies.
- Keep company registrations,



certificates and empanelment documents updated and readily available.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PDF tools.
- Comfortable navigating online portals such as GeM and government e-tender websites (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Organised, disciplined and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in the water treatment / EPC / infrastructure sector.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.A. / B.Sc.) or Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; a candidate with an engineering background and interest in tendering will be preferred.
