Position: F&B; Captain

Location: PANAMPILLY NAGAR, ERNAKULAM

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide the restaurant service team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Train and motivate team members.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B; Captain or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- F&B; CAPTAIN: 2 years (Preferred)
