Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for commercial, residential, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have solid site supervision skills, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all electrical installation works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
- Coordinate with MEP, Civil, and Interior teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect electrical materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company HSE policies.
- Manage subcontractors, electricians, and site technicians.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues to avoid project delays.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants,



and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in MEP electrical supervision.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQs, and installation standards.
- Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on large-scale MEP projects.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
