- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality before dispensing.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering, storage, and expiry monitoring.
- Ensure availability of essential medicines and minimise stock shortages.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Provide medication counselling and answer customer queries regarding medicines.
- Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare providers, and suppliers as required.
- Monitor controlled drugs and ensure secure storage and record-keeping.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
