Your role

Develop and govern analytics and lifecycle processes based on defined reports, web guidelines, stakeholder's requirement etc. Manage analytics reporting and hygiene of websites using SharePoint, Power BI and supporting tools.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using published and governed datasets.
- Translate business requirements into data model enhancements, clearly defining dataset changes required to meet reporting needs.
- Partner with data engineering and source system owners to ensure data availability, accuracy, and scalability.
- Define and own the web analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives and digital performance goals.
- Lead strategic discussions with business stakeholders to rethink and reimagine content and reporting requirements based on analytics-driven insights.
- Define and govern a content strategy informed by analytics reports, ensuring consistency, relevance, and measurable impact.
- Develop and optimize complex DAX queries to support advanced calculations, measures, KPIs, and time intelligence scenarios.
- Apply best practices to performance tuning, model optimization, and scalable report design.
- Filter, clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources to support advanced reporting and analysis.
- Extract, analyze, and translate complex analytics

Your team

We are the in‑house digital communications and platforms team managing UBS.com, the intranet, internal email marketing, and events. Alongside campaign delivery,



we provide product and digital project management—partnering with stakeholders to plan, deliver, and continuously improve on‑brand, compliant, and data‑driven digital experiences across the firm.

Your expertise

Required Skills and experience

- Expertise in using reporting tools like Power BI.
- Understanding of web analytics
- Understanding of platform reports like page/assets reports, SEO reports, etc.
- Basic understanding of any query language like SQL, JQL, etc
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid education in general web guidelines, Accessibility, etc. will be an added advantage
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
- Agile personality with high commitment and drive
- Capability to thrive in a highly iterative environment that involves listening to customers, incorporating feedback fast, and constantly collaborating with different stakeholders
- Highly organized, hands-on and with the ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
- Service minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion about all things Web Publishing and other areas of digital and innovation like AI
