Position: Truck Dispatcher (US Process)
Experience Required: 1-3 Years (US Trucking Only)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift/Day Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In Person
Key Responsibilities:
- Book loads for trucks through load boards and brokers
- Coordinate with drivers regarding load assignments and routes
- Negotiate rates with brokers and customers
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads
- Maintain load status updates and required documentation
- Resolve load-related issues and rescheduling when needed
Requirements:
- Load Stop TMS Experience Required (Preferable)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US truck dispatching (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in load booking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using major load boards
- Ability to manage multiple loads and drivers efficiently
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication
- Quick decision-making ability
- Robust multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
