Tachyon Technologies is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite)

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full US IT recruitment lifecycle.

· Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.

· Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate relationships.

· Work on multiple IT technologies and client requirements.

· Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

· 2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience.

· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing.

· Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, visa types, and US staffing.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
