Job description: Junior Accounts Executive

**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

Selfdrive is looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

The ideal candidate needs to be well-versed in accounting standards & principles, and able to work comfortably with numbers. Must have Professional-level skills in creating & managing Excel & should have high attention to details. At least have 1-3 years of Experience.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for validating invoices issued to customers
- Scrutinize supplier invoices, keep record of the same and responsible for processing payments
- Responsible for interacting with suppliers, providing payment updates and act as single point of contact for resolving any queries
- Record entries related to customer collections & supplier payments as per company’s policy
- Reconciling supplier Statement of Accounts as per agreed Turn Around Time
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Assist in preparing management reports required for finance department and internal reporting
- Assist in bank account reconciliation
- Proficiency in English
- Responsible for any other day-to-day accounting tasks as assigned
- Undertake any other specific duties assigned by the management.

Key Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent
- 1-3 years Relevant experience as an Accountant
- Experience in accounts receivable & accounts payable management
- Excellent knowledge in Account receivable and accounts payable with knowledge of Microsoft Office  Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality will be a plus.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Professional level skills in creating & managing Excel




- Previous employment in a similar position handling accounting function
- Experience in E-commerce Platform & Rate-sheet Management is added advantage
