- Handle customer interactions through Voice, Chat & Email.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow quality standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written) are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹50,000 per month
