Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

What You'll Do

Connect with prospective parents and introduce BrightChamps learning programs.
Qualify leads and schedule demo classes.
Build rapport with customers and address their queries.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for customer engagement and sales.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets,



and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
