Process: International FinTech Voice Process

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week Offs

Working Hours: 10 Hours (9 Hours Login Time)

Compensation

Freshers

₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Incentive

Experienced Candidates

Up to ₹36,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Incentive

Key Requirement

Candidates must possess fluent English communication skills with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and verbal clarity. Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to work in rotational shifts are essential.
