Position: Senior Billing Engineer (Civil)

Location: Bibwewadi, Pune

Experience: 9–12 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Prepare, verify, and certify Running Account (RA) Bills, Final Bills, Client Bills, and Contractor Bills. Perform BOQ verification, quantity take-off, measurement verification, rate analysis, and reconciliation of executed work. Manage Client Billing and Contract Billing in accordance with project contracts, work orders, and contractual conditions. Ensure compliance with GST taxation, statutory regulations, and commercial documentation requirements. Coordinate with Tata Consulting Engineers (PMC), MTM (Client), Contractors, Consultants, QS Team, Site Engineers, and Finance Department for timely billing approvals and payment processing. Prepare billing statements, work progress reports,



payment certificates, variation orders, escalation claims, and commercial MIS reports. Monitor project costs, billing schedules, and cash flow while supporting project commercial controls. Verify measurements, maintain billing records, and ensure accuracy of all supporting documents. Resolve billing discrepancies, contractual claims, extra items, and commercial issues with stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of invoices and support the commercial closure of project activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
