Job Description Sales Manager FMCG Industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develope and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales target within the assigned area.
- Manage and motivate a sales team to drive performance and ensure attainment of the sales goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and challenges and develope effective sales plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and retailers to enhance business growth and long-term partnership.
- Provide regular training, coaching and development support to strengthen product knowledge, sales capability and overall team effectiveness.
- Develope and manage sales budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
- Implement performance monitoring system to track sales targets, analyze key metrics and identify areas of improvement.
- Ability to interpret market trends, consumer behavior, and financial data to drive business decisions.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.




- Experience: 5+ Years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing field.
- Technical proficiency in marketing automation tools and sales analytics.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
- Skills:
- Project Estimation: Positive working knowledge of Sales estimation techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
