We are seeking a proactive ,experienced or fresh Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise structural retrofitting, finishing works, industrial flooring, and waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality assurance, resource management, client coordination, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute structural retrofitting and rehabilitation works, including concrete repair, strengthening, crack repair, anchoring, and other structural restoration activities.
- Manage interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Oversee the execution of industrial flooring systems, including surface preparation, floor hardeners, epoxy, PU, and other specialised flooring applications.
- Plan and supervise waterproofing works for basements, terraces, roofs, podiums, water-retaining structures, and wet areas using appropriate systems and materials.
- Coordinate daily site activities, labour, subcontractors, equipment, and material requirements.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, measurement sheets, and material consumption reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects,



and project managers to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, productivity, and site safety.
- Assist in quantity verification, billing, and project documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, ITI, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in structural retrofitting, finishing works, industrial flooring, and waterproofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural repair techniques, concrete rehabilitation, industrial flooring systems, and waterproofing applications.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures and site safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with epoxy injection, FRP strengthening, micro-concreting, epoxy/PU flooring systems, and modern waterproofing technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid client relationship and contractor management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
