Vendor coordination for IT and support

Internal recent purchase and related follow

Inventory Management

Antivirus and Backup relate activities.

Support Wireless infra and relate requirement.

Manage ILL lines

Support hardware team for troubleshoot below (L3 support)

- Troubleshoot Laptops and desktops relate issues.
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. Provide Level-2/3
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team.
- Systems patch management
- Linux relate systems
- Installation of printers, Scanners and other IT equipment and troubleshoot.
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed.
- Vendor coordination for warranty and support relate issue.




- Update and maintain inventory.
CCNA certified.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Performing routine audits of systems and software.
- Verifying backups.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
