Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware-related issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, software, and applications.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook/email and user accounts.
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and update support tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and networking.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle onsite support.
Qualification: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech or any IT-related qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
