Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python programming, web frameworks, database management, and cloud-based application development. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews.
- Ensure application security and data protection standards are followed.
- Monitor application performance and support deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.




- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
- Familiarity with Git version control systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis.
- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT).
