Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-in enquiries, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Explain course features, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through skilled communication.




- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission campaigns and events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Graduation preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in admission counselling, telesales, telecalling, customer service, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude with strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
