Consultant – Cloud Kitchen
* Prepare a complete cloud kitchen setup and launch plan.
* Recommend kitchen layout, equipment, and infrastructure requirements.
* Assist in selecting the right kitchen equipment and vendors.
* Develop menu strategy, food costing, and pricing.
* Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations, hygiene, packaging, dispatch, and quality control.
* Recruit and train kitchen staff on operational standards.
* Establish quality control and food safety practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.62 - ₹25,000.50 per month
