Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables
- Ensure timely collections and payment processing

3. Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Share MIS and financial analysis with management

4. Bank Reconciliation

- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Resolve discrepancies in banking transactions

5. Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate timely tax filings and payments

6. Payroll Support

- Verify salary calculations, reimbursements, and deductions




- Coordinate with HR for payroll accuracy

7. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Monitor expenses against budgets
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization

8. Audit Coordination

- Prepare records for internal and external audits
- Ensure timely closure of audit queries

9. Cash Flow Management

- Track cash inflow and outflow
- Support working capital planning

10. Team Coordination & Process Improvement

- Guide junior accounting staff
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
