Job Description
Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and supervise fabrication, assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to static equipment, rotary equipment, and packaged units for offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedule commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
- Execute fabrication and installation activities for equipment and rotary packages in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily production activities to achieve planned targets and project milestones.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics, vendor documents, and construction work packs before execution.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing rework.
