JOB LOCATION: CHENNAI, INDIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and current customers to provide excellent customer experience and business growth
- Identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business needs
- Manage a delivery team and analyze delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Lead the service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure delivery of optimum performance of the teams
- Determine ways to reduce costs and effectively manage FTE within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction
- Using customer feedback improve and refine services as needed
- Build partnerships and consult with team leaders to determine the services, delivery criteria and solutions
- Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the performance of the business
- Provide monthly or quarterly high qualitative MIS for management review and analysis
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and save on time
- Define, simplify, standardise processes and implement best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Skilled in customer service, team management, quality controls and resource planning
- Work with US Clients and willing to work in US time zone
- Proactive thinking and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and consistently meet deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 to 15 Years experience handling process delivery, clients, and people management
- Master’s degree in M. Com or MBA in Finance and CA, CMA or CPA preferred
- Core experience in end-to-end finance and property accounting domain
- Experience in handling customer onboarding and transition life cycle management
