1. Role Purpose

The Merchant is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders from development to shipment. The role involves maintaining production timelines, ensuring effective communication, tracking order progress, and supporting merchandising operations through accurate documentation and reporting.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively between customers and the production team to ensure smooth order execution and timely communication.
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update the Time and Action (TNA) plan to monitor all order milestones and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure production activities are completed as per the agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate order records, reports, and merchandising documentation.




- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring prompt resolution of order-related queries and supporting continuous process improvement.

3. Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹12,426.97 - ₹40,000.48 per month
